    Rachel has over 30 years of experience with working in the disability sector. She is a strong advocate for the human rights of all people, and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to take up their rightful place within the community of their choosing.

    Sue Gore

    Company Director

    Sue plays a vital role in building strong, trusting relationships within our community and local groups. She works closely with venues, caterers, staff and our families to promote a sense of community well-being. Sue organises several community events per year, where we bring everyone together for themed celebrations, and fun and games. Resulting in many precious memories being made and a more connected environment for everyone.

A proud family man, Chris brings his values of compassion, fairness, and inclusion into both his personal and professional life—working to build a more equitable community where everyone has the chance to thrive.

    Paul loves building positive relationships with people and has a great sense of humour and fun. 

    Paul has a personal commitment to people with disability and enjoys supporting all people to develop their own skills and capacity. 

    Paul heads up our Maybo training programme and ensures the safety and wellbeing of all staff members.

    Gill has great passion for supporting people with disability, which stems from lived experience with family members. 

    Gill enjoys expanding people's goals and independence. 

    Gill also loves spending time with her dog Doris and advocates for everyone to have the opportunity to live their best life.

    Director - Health & Wellbeing

    Julie has extensive experience of working in the disability field, through a variety of roles from the ground up. 

    Her passion is to find solutions that are creative, flexible and relevant. 

    In her spare time Julie likes to focus on her creative side, which includes a variety of artistic mediums.

    Rebecca is our fountain of knowledge for Schads award interpretation, and ensures our staff are adhering to quality standards. 

    Rebecca safeguards our billing practices, and verifies that our support work has been delivered to the highest level.

    Natalie is our people person. Her warm nature ensures everyone is welcome and feels at home in her company. 

    Natalie has extensive experience in finding people who share our values, and heads up our recruitment department.
