Trust and Transparency.

Choosing who will support you or someone you love is a big decision. You are placing trust in people who may become part of your everyday life. People who will be supporting your personal routines, sharing important moments with and sometimes being there when life is at its most challenging.

We never take that trust for granted.

We believe trust begins with transparency. It means being open about who we are, how we work and what you can expect from being a part of the Eden family.

It means listening before making decisions, communicating when things change, keeping our promises and having the courage to acknowledge when something could have been done better.

But trust is about more than words.

It is built through the people we employ, the robust safeguards we put in place, the training and support we provide our teams, the standards we hold ourselves accountable to and the relationships we build with participants, families and the wider NDIS community.

We want families to feel comfortable to ask questions.

We want participants to feel heard and respected.

We want our staff to feel confident about speaking up.

And we want the NDIS community to know that when Eden says we will do something, we will work hard to deliver it.

Because ultimately, trust isn't something Eden expects from you...

It is something we believe we have to earn.
