Eden Connect is here to support children, parents and caregivers through thoughtful, dependable and compassionate disability services. We understand that every child is different, and we take the time to learn about their personality, strengths, interests, support needs and the things that are important to their family.
Our services can be provided within a centre-based setting, in the child’s home and in the wider community. This flexibility allows support to take place in familiar, everyday environments where children can feel comfortable, build confidence and practice skills that are meaningful to their daily lives.
Our experienced team brings together knowledge of disability support, childhood development and inclusive practice. We create child-centred activities and programs that encourage communication, independence, social connection, emotional development and practical skill building. Support is adapted to each child’s age, abilities and individual goals, allowing them to learn and participate at a pace that feels right for them.

From the first conversation, we listen carefully to parents and caregivers, learn about the child’s needs and discuss how we can provide support that is genuinely helpful. We value open communication and work in partnership with families, allied health professionals, schools and other important people in the child’s life.
